This is how muffins work?! Chicken Potato Muffins: These are crazy muffins!
Muffins? clear! heart? Always! Then our potato muffins with chicken are perfect for you. Small pieces are perfect for big and small.
Ingredients for 15 pieces:
700 g of chicken breast
100 ml of water
500 grams of potatoes
200 g of gouda
200 g of cream
3 cloves of garlic
1 bunch of green onions and dill per serving approximately:
10 grams of fat
8 grams of carbohydrates
19 grams of protein
about 65 minutes (including 25 minutes of baking)
And here’s how it’s done:
Cut the chicken breast fillet, wash, dry and cut into pieces about 2 cm thick.
Heat the pan and bring the water to a boil. Add crème fraîche and mix. Add chicken, salt and add chopped garlic. Let it cook for about 20 minutes.
Peel the potatoes and finely grate them. Grease the muffin tin with butter and cover the bottom and sides with grated potatoes.
Place the chicken in the prepared holes and place in the preheated oven. Bake at 220 degrees top/bottom for about 20 minutes.
Grate the gouda, chop the onion and dill. Mix well with spices.
Remove the baking dish from the oven, sprinkle with the cheese and chive mixture and return to the oven for 5-10 minutes. The best thing was to serve.
