In the spring, many people’s menus include seasonal and naturally delicious dishes made from a special type of asparagus. Martina and Moritz present several recipes.

Together: crispy asparagus and new potatoes

Asparagus fried in oil from mountain ash is served with the fish. The TV chefs prepare a salad of raw asparagus with spring herbs and pickled saddle of rabbit. And a chicken salad option.
