You need: 500 grams of carrots, 1 large can of green beans, 500 grams of mixed minced meat, 1 onion, 2 liters of vegetable broth, a little oil. salt, pepper, paprika, fresh onion
And here’s how it works: carrots are peeled and then cut into small slices, best done with a kitchen grater. Then they are placed in a large pot with vegetable broth. Let everything simmer for about 10 minutes, until the carrots are cooked but still al dente.

Meanwhile, peel the onion and cut it into very small cubes. Heat the oil in a pan and lightly fry the cubes in it. Then add minced meat and saute until crumbs form. Season well with salt, pepper and paprika powder.
