Ingredients for sauerkraut, beets and radishes:

For sauerkraut, peel the cucumber and cut it into strips. Boil the soybeans in salted water for about 5 minutes, then drain. If you cannot get fresh beans, you can use frozen ones.

Finely chop the garlic, ginger and chili. Wash the cilantro, dry it and cut it into thin strips. Put all the prepared ingredients in a bowl with sauerkraut. Add the teriyaki sauce, sesame seeds and olive oil and mix well. Season with a little salt and lemon juice. Let the herb steep for a while.

Peel the radish and cut it into thin and long strips using a spiralizer. Marinate radish spaghetti with a little salt, olive oil and lemon juice.

Ingredients for rice:

Boil rice in salted water until cooked, then season with vinegar.

Ingredients for chicken:

Clean the chicken, onion and mushrooms and cut into strips. Finely chop the garlic, ginger and chili. Place the prepared ingredients in a bowl and mix with teriyaki or soy sauce, two-thirds of the sesame seeds, black cumin, honey and a little lemon juice. Allow the chicken to soak in the marinade. Heat olive oil in a pan and briefly fry the meat in the marinade. Reduce the heat and let it cook for a few minutes. Finally, sprinkle the rest of the sesame seeds on top.


First, fill wide bowls with cabbage and beets, top with 1 portion of rice and chicken or tofu. Spread radish spaghetti on top. Finally, drizzle some chicken stock. Garnish with coriander and lettuce leaves.
