Insanely delicious! Roasted balsamic asparagus with cherry tomatoes and feta
Whether as a side dish to a nice piece of meat, as a salad or even as a healthy snack, our Roasted Balsamic Asparagus with Cherry Tomatoes and Feta can do a lot! You can learn how to cook this healthy delicacy at home here and now. Just keep reading.
Ingredients for 4 servings:
500 g of green asparagus
400 g of cherry tomatoes
1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1/2 teaspoon of salt
pepper from a meat grinder
1 pinch of sugar
150 g of feta
Approximately per serving:
16 grams of fat
7 grams of carbohydrates
9 grams of protein
10 minutes (plus 15 minutes of cooking)
And here’s how it’s done:
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees of upper and lower heat. Wash the asparagus, cut off the stalks and clean the bottom third. Wash the tomatoes and cut them in half.
Place both on a baking sheet. Mix the vinegar with oil, salt, pepper and sugar and coat the vegetables.
Bake in a hot oven for 10-15 minutes. To serve, crumble the feta and sprinkle over the top.
